Absolutely incredible first spa experience at Lush today - Lydia was my massage therapist and did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and welcomed, was so informative about each of the ingredients and well being benefits to allow me to make the best selections for my Tailor Made treatment. Beyond this she was so skilled in delivering the massage! My back feels completely new and I left the room seeing in soft focus. Loved the little treats at the end too, will definitely be booking again so thank you again for the lovely afternoon.
Visited Lush Spa for birthday present. Amy was an excellent therapist. Talked softly through own skin care and products to use during treatment, which included around eleven products. Everything very nicely paced with a mixture of warm and cool products, hot stones, eye mask patches and soothing music originally created for Lush. Able to use products available in spa bathroom as well. While treatment was an hour there was about half an hour extra to start treatment off and finishing it. Post treatment was provided with fresh fruit, water and juice. Allowed to spend to time relaxing until ready to go. Treatment was beyond expectations and will probably ask for a present again in the future!
I had come in for a relaxation massage and treatment for my bridal shower weekend and I had the best masseuse - Amy!! She was so so so comforting and soft spoken, allowing me to relax I will definitely definitely be coming back!
Had an amazing Good Hour Spa treatment by the wonderful Sam! I have been to the store and spa within it several times and always return due to the exceptional service. The treatment was wonderful with Sam taking note of where my areas of focus were and if the application of the massage was at the right pressure for me. Give them a raise! Cannot wait to return x
Booked in for a fresh facial and the spell. As a birthday treat for my mom she had her treatments with Sam it absolutely made her day she was absolutely was glowing, a smile on her face bigger than the Cheshire Cat. Could not recommend more !
Blissful is the only way I can describe my time at Lush Spa Birmingham with the lovely Sam. They were so attentive and gentle and comforting throughout the entire process, from the engaging consultation to the beautifully choreographed use of the best natural skincare available. This was my first time having The Validation Facial, and Sam has left such a wonderful impression on me and I hope I can revisit for more treatments with them in the future. An absolute asset to the store.
I had The Comforter massage done by the warm and friendly therapist Lydia. The experience was magical from the moment I entered the spa. I was made to feel special and it's probably one of the most professional massages I've had. I left feeling like I was floating on air and life's problems really aren't so bad. Well worth the money and I'd recommend. I'll definitely be going back.
What an amazing experience here at Lush with my spa therapist Krystal who was absolutely amazing I felt like I was in heaven during the tangled treatment it was the best spa treatment I’ve ever had! Very accommodating for me being I am handicapped! Thank you so much I will definitely be back for more
I love Lush Spa Birmingham. It was quite an experience. It was great. Especially, I met Ishaaq. He was very kind and he show me product and showed me how I can use them. I try some soap. I like so much all products. Especially bomb soaps are impressive. All products are almost real fruit: and I bought conditioner for my hair. It’s very useful. I like so much. Had the most relaxing morning ever enjoying a full body massage and facial. Both treatments were worth every penny. Far more than a typical message with the addition of a full sensory experience. Lydia was lovely and very knowledgeable, made me feel at ease, I could've stayed all day. Finished off with a lovely cup of tea and a bath bomb to take home. I will definitely return again and recommend it to others. Just the pick me up I needed. Thanks Lydia
