Located inside Grand Central Shopping Centre Birmingham New Street Station Open 7 days a week From 9am to 8pm Monday to Saturday 11am to 5pm on Sunday I love their natural products I went there with my mother and now always go there when looking for special gifts for friends and family

Very nice store, The staff was polite and helpful, one lady given my partner and I a sample of hand cream which smells amazing. We brought 3 items that day. I highly recommend visiting them and the lavande blanche smells absolutely gorgeous.

I looked for my best friend's Christmas present and was served by a lovely lady Tasha. She was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I will consider this lovely store for finding gift sets for my friends and for good quality skin care products for my personal use ^.^

I didn't catch her name but I wanted to say thank you to her for helping me find a perfect gift set for a pregnant woman. She was very attentive to my need, budget and was very knowledgeable about all the products and made some relevant suggestions, she made me tried a few options and made sure everything was packed nicely. Its really worth the money as you can tell product are top quality Fantastic customer service!  Thank you again!

Asked for samples of youth cream and serum after buying a face cream..told no samples at all till Friday..told her it is Friday..

Absolutely beautiful place with a wonderful member of staff Yasmin serving us. She was informative, very friendly, extremely good at her job and is obviously an asset to the company. Wonderful range of products, beautiful smells. All in all, a fantastic experience. Will definitely be back.

What a lovely store such professional staff & what an excellent experience for me. Thanks to Yasmin with her care & knowledge of the products I am feeling really pampered & my skin is radiant once again after a very severe allergic reaction to something. Phew what a relief they suit me!!
