Excellent customer service from lovely staff. Good selection of reasonably priced products, Store is always very clean, tidy & well presented.
i'm currently trying some of the testers and i'm loving them! my personal favourites are the Vitamin E Cream Cleanser, the Camomile Cleansing Butter and the White Musk Body Lotion. each of these products have left my skin feeling super soft and looking super glowy! very impressed i also have a tester of the Glowing Cherry Blossom Mist and it smells unreal. i will definitely be purchasing some of these items!

The staff are very rude at this store, very disappointed and unhelpful I will never try to shop at this store again especially when the manager puts her thumb up to be sarcastic. I love body shop products
Would very much recommend this Body Shop Store. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly and helped me used a voucher. I was pleased to be able to redeem this as other stores had rejected this. The member of staff at the till was very friendly too.
They have a wide range of products ...both skincare and makeup materials ...and the face masks are the best ...the staff is really really lovely, they will help you chose the right products !! And all these with reasonable price !! And when you spend more than 30 pounds...they gift you a gift bag worth 13 pounds ...it has cute gifts inside !! So, you should definitely check out their products !!
Helping towards recycling, I decided to buy my hand wash with a refillable container. This was my first time. The young lady had problems trying to fill the container and could not operate the scales because they have to weigh this. She then handed it to me and I immediately noticed it was as light as a feather, I probably had about £2 worth of soap in this container, they expected me to pay £6 at the till, absolutely shocking. I spoke to the young lady at the till who I assume might have been the manager and she reluctantly said did she weigh it, she had already taken it from me so she would have noticed it was as light as a feather, but she was not too concerned. I said no she could not operate the scales. She went down to the young lady and spent quite a long time trying to fill it. The container is still 20% from the top so I do not believe it is still the correct quantity but told me it was overfilled which is absolute nonsense. So I was not only insulted once, but twice. My message to you is if you go for a refill at the body shop be very careful about how they refill the product and always check that they have weighed it correctly. One very disappointed loyal customer. Disgraceful customer service.
Very bad customer service by Miles at the till. Waiting and reached at the same time that another two girls to be served, and he pointed me and say there are customers waiting before you and decides to serve them before me. Absolutely disgusting!
I usually shop online because of social anxiety and decided to go in to browse. I don’t think it’s a policy to grab a basket if not desired and I was looking at the shower gel minis. Didn’t really buy anything as I decided I wanted to go home and order. What really made me change my mind about buying instore is the profiling. I could tell I was being stared at hard, and any time I moved around, the staff member was in the corner, doing something but I could tell they were watching me. To make matters worse, as I decided I would rather shop online and walked out in front of her, she decided to run out of the store, chase me down to ask where I put the shower gels back and to ask if I put them in my hand bag ? I was in shock as I’ve never been asked this, and I’ve come and shopped in bullring multiple times. The way I showed her my bag, and pockets still embarrassed, she still decided to ask where I’ve ‘placed them back’ And of course had to go and physically show them still on the shelves. I’ve never had this problem, with boots, or with lush or anywhere that sell products. The audacity to then tell me, ‘when you come into store again, can you make sure to grab a basket so we know you’ve got the products in there’ . I won’t really be shopping here again as there are many cruelty free brands online. If it was that bad, she could’ve checked the cameras. People pick up products and put them back all the time, this wasn’t any different.
