Brilliant stay at the Travelodge! Perfect central location, easy to find, and the room was cosy and comfy. Staff were amazing—huge shoutout to Charlene at the bar for making me feel so welcome while travelling alone for work. Great experience overall!
Overall very good for the price and I would happily stay again. The room was basic, but clean and had most of what I expected/needed. Only issues were finding the place as it's not clearly signposted and that there was often no one on the front desk
We stayed at the Travelodge in Worcester and were really happy with it. It's right in the city center, so everything you need is close by, which is super handy. The room was clean, big, and comfy. But what made our stay great was the restaurant, mainly because of Karen, who works there. When she's there, the place just feels better. She manages everything so well and always has a smile for everyone, which is nice. The food comes out fast, and she's just so friendly and professional that we had a good time every time we ate there. We missed her when she wasn't working! She really cares about her work that makes us want to go back. She's what makes the restaurant great, and staff like her make the whole place special.
Very central, park in the adjacent NCP for £12 overnight. Room wasn’t fully clean, bed comfy. Shower pretty miserable, Didn’t see a single soul while I was there. Very quiet on a Monday night until fire alarm went off at 10.30am, twice
Very disappointing staynnOn arrival during the daytime, everything initially seemed fine for a Travelodge. However, the staff member on duty was unable to direct us to the evening entrance or even explain how to reach our room.nnOnce we eventually found our way to the fourth floor, we were met with a strong smell of marijuana as soon as we passed through the key-fob door. The corridor itself was in poor condition, with stained carpets and food waste left outside several rooms.nnOur room was equally disappointing. The floor had noticeable stains that appeared to be blood, and the bathroom smelt strongly of urine. There were also fold-out beds already set up in the room for no apparent reason. Opening the window for fresh air wasn’t an option either, as there was a constant loud humming from nearby extractor fans.nnThe only positive aspect of this hotel is its central location, although even that comes with an extra cost, as parking is £12 per day.nnI have stayed here before and had a much better experience, which makes this visit even more disappointing. Unfortunately, standards have clearly dropped.
