Stayed here for a work trip. Fairly easy to check in but no free parking nearby. Room was a little dark but functional although no iron in room so may have needed to ask for it. spare blankets and pillows and room was clean. Hallways a little dark but overall hotel was fine. Restaurant was lovely and nice selection of drinks. Would stay again for work.
We use this regularly and it is always very reliable.nLovely location on the river and overlooking the County Cricket ground, handy to walk into the City centre.nStaff very efficient and helpful, the usual average Premier Inn food and drink available.
Location is good for what we needed, however I wouldn’t say the room was the best looked after, the walls look like they had been smeared with something, the rooms are dark, it’s a basic room, good size but need a deep cleannnThe main problem we had with the room was the air conditioning , constantly through the night it was horrifically loud, it sounded like a hoover. Even with the air conditioning switched off and all the lights off it didn’t stop
Pretty standard for a premier inn. The hotel is good, the staff are good, it's in a central location with nice views if you get the right room, and there is air conditioningnnThe parking is at the cricket ground next door and has a decent amount of spaces. It's about £10 per night to park
Quick check in. Hotel areas very clean, staff very helpful lifts great rooms very clean. Two of us staying. Had to go down to reception, Had to ask for one more bath towel. Ask for toilet paper, none in bathroom. Man brought both very quickly. Not enough coffee n tea n milk for two people. Had to go down to reception area table again. Peaceful nights sleep. Breakfast brilliant. Will defo stay again.
