Room 234.nGreat central location.nSelf check in machine, was handy and meant no queuing.nVery quiet considering its by a main road. Good sized clean room. Twin room was a single and a double bed.nUsual premier inn style. Great view of cricket pitch.nCouple of very minor niggles. TV needs a Bluetooth function so you can stream music through it.nNo shower gel in dispenser luckily I brought my own. Breakfast was good for 11 quid, as I couldn't be bothered to go back into town. TIP park at Tybridge street ringgo app carpark Hickories as its only £4.70 for 24hrs. The car park next door to hotel is £10.
It’s a shame the rooms are a little run down , patch painting and grouting of the bathroom poornThe breakfast this year was not so much all you can eat but what was left you can have we went down at 9:30 for breakfast there was very little cooked breakfast sausages hash brown 3 in the bowl no other items I asked the waiter was more coming out and was told if it’s not there the chef is cooking it ???? When the rest came out the bacon was barely cooked the hash browns were raw - no pasty’s like croissants / pancakes ect very poor surely if you have guests pre booked breakfast your kitchen staff would be able to estimate how much to cook ???nAnd a little clean of the serving area wouldn’t go a miss bean juice mixed with what should have been mushrooms doesn’t look appealing sort it out guys premier inn are better than this ……..
We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Worcester Premier Inn, made even better by Mills and Louise on reception. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, funny, and genuinely interested in us even asking about our work and pretending to be impressed, which earns bonus points!.nnMy colleague had a small issue with something in his room, and before we could even finish explaining, it was sorted — lightning fast. Honestly, if Mills and Louise ever decides to run the country, we’d be in very capable hands.nnThey also gave us some excellent local recommendations — clearly they know Worcester inside out. Between their professionalism, sense of humour, and sheer efficiency, they turned what could have been a standard work stay into a genuinely enjoyable one.nnIf you’re staying here, hope you bump into Mills and Louise they’re absolute stars!
Very impressed with this Premier Inn. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was well furnished and the food was delicious. The view of the Cricket Ground was a notable feature. My room was an accessible one and so had a wet room. This was most appreciated. The location is great for accessing the city centre. For a budget hotel it was real value for money and I can highly recommend.
We were well looked after by all the staff. Very comfortable bed and good night sleep. The breakfast was the best one we've ever had at a Premier Inn.nWould have been good to have oat milk available.nThankyou to Tay for looking after us.nKam & Alex
