More of a guest house than a hotel. Room looked recently updated as the instructions were in the drawers. There were no hooks or chairs in the room. Which would have helped. Breakfast is also not included. They wanted another £8 per person for it. After trying to explain on the listing this showed as included we were still refused. This put us off looking to book here again. We will use another place.

A lovely find at a very good price. The room was clean and fresh with comfy and firm beds. No problems with the pillows. Breakfast was fresh and hot, all cooked individually and a good range of cereals with toast and yoghurt as well. Easy to find and city centre 10 min walk. I have no complaints at all . Finally , the staff were accommodating and friendly

It still needs some extras but our room although small was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the staff very willing to help. Good value and convenient for city centre. Quiet location.

Good value for money, friendly staff but the room could have done with a bit of tlc, shower would only produce scorching water

The hotel was really clean, quiet and the staff was great. But the broken bed and the too bright lobby made it hard to sleep. I had way worse, but worth the mention.
