Clean room, nice staff, relaxed housekeeping but it works for us as we're easy going. If you are expecting a full charge get every day it's not likely. Warm and cosy. Half term is noisy, people let their kids run up and down the halls, staff are minimal so not really able to report that. It's great in off season though, so quiet! So cheap as well so overall can't complain.

Was a bit unsure booking it because of all the bad reviews, but it turned out to be a good choice. We stayed for one night, coming from Glasgow and leaving for the Isle of Skye. It was the perfect choice for a short stop over, everything is clean and tidy, the (family) room has plenty of space and the matress was quite comfy. Easy to find if you come by car! Free parking in the West End Car Park. Reasonable price for an easy stay with a good sleep. Would def stay here again!

Friendly staff on reception. Rooms are clean and well looked after. The hotel is located on the 'main drag' which is very convenient. The area can be a little noisy over the weekend due to restaurants and bars next door. All in all a decent place to stay for a couple of days

I use this hotel a lot during winter. It's basic, clean and local. The price is competitive and it's easy access to amenities. Staff are competent and helpful, unfortunately their car park is closed at present and there are no close alternatives.

Good location in the centre of town, though car park is being updated so have to park at sea front car park but is free overnight at the moment
