Nice, clean rooms, although they could do with cheering up a bit... so could one of the receptionists. Great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds, great view of loch Linnhe. Overall, a pleasant stay at a good price and I would recommend.

First things first: THERE IS NO WIFI. Stayed for one night, it was ok. Walls were a bit thin and could hear what was going on in other rooms. Shower towels are smaller than standard and we got a small double bed. The lack of wifi was disappointing, specially in the 21st century, in a region where phone signal is a blessing. We were told WiFi was only available on ground floor; however, there was no trace of it in the breakfast lounge. Breakfast was good and served at the table. We could choose a juice, a "starter" (cereals, porridge, yogurt..) and a main (full English breakfast, eggs on toast...). All this with a tea or coffee.

Looks slightly dated but very friendly staff clean as a whistle and bar staff were most helpful with a wee hot toddy as im not 100% (man flu ) lol bit all in all well worth the stay thanks west end hotel staff

Reasonable buget hotel with dated rooms and no wifi but the food was really good
