Nice location, but the rooms are cold with poor radiate heating, and inadequately sealed windows (looks like mold that was painted over near them). The flooring is severely worn. There is a very small television (~12”) with only a few channels, and the mattress you can feel the springs. The towels and linens are in need of replacement. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Overall it is very dated, and poorly maintained! I suggest staying somewhere else!

Great place, it's cheap, clean, right in the center, next to the train station and right by the high street. Friendly staff, good kitchen with all equipment available. Nice common room. Highly recommended!

A plesent 4. I with 5 others stayed for a night on the way up to Isle of Skye. Door was a bit hard to pick. And this milk was off. The shower in our room was amazing and the staff were friendly and very low cost. Bank street lodge is a haven in a desert of rain.

Walking distance to the town centre and amenities. Room and bathroom was a good space. Hotel has its own kitchen/diner for guests to use themselves. The only downside was the bed was very uncomfortable and was left with a sore back for the 4 days I was there. I still do recommend staying there.

Customer service was ok but rooms were frizing and they refused to give us a second blanket. Bed are so strong with metals springs. Hard night. But good emplacement, in the center.
