We stayed here for one night. The rooms were clean and big, maybe slightly dated but perfectly fine. The beds were super comfy. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially those who served us breakfast. The location of this hotel is great as well as it is right in the centre. We didn't have a view from our room as it looked out onto the street but for us this wasn't a problem.

The Imperial Hotel is a great place to stay, my wife and I were due to arrive 4 hours early before our booking in time so when i emailed the Reception Tina offered for the hotel to store the bags behind Reception until our room was ready. We were offered and up grade for an Executive room with a spar bath which we made good use of after our walk to the whiskey distillery. The room we stayed in was well maintained very clean and warm, there was loads of space with comfortable chairs to sit in. There were tea/coffee making facilities which were topped up daily very happy with the room. Staff throughout the stay were very helpful and polite. Food was at a high standard and very tasty. The Imperial Hotel helped finish off our stay in Fort William and made this a place we will return. The Imperial Hotel is in a great location for all the amenities. Kind regards Dean Rushby

It's not the most modern hotel but we had a pleasant stay there while hiking Ben Nevis. There's free Wifi, parking and the rooms are clean. Staff have been helpful and the signage to the rooms is quite good considering it's quite a labyrinth of hallways :). The hotel is located conveniently close to High Street so all your shopping & diner needs are met.

Cheap and cheerful. Room had a slight odour and can't be a 100% sure the room was hoovered. The bathroom was clean, good shower and the bed was comfy. Room over looking to water was a bit noisy with some "racer" cars as single glazed. Central location. Limited free parking.

Great value for money. Breakfast is good quality and plenty of it. Meals in the restaurant are very large with good quality ingredients. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
