Good location but the receptionist that checked me in could do with a lesson in manners. Room comfortable and clean but why do these hotels insist in not have sockets at the bedside so you can gave phone on charge. Yes the have USB sockets but type A...its 2025 and everyone uses type C now.

For the price, you couldn't get any better. Clean, comfortable & warm rooms, helpful staff. Right in the centre of Cheshire Oaks retail park.. highly recommended.. Also get 30% of various restaurants on the park with your room card...

Not being funny I stayed here for two nights first night was planned second was unplanned it was 1:55pm and staff were knocking on my door ushering me out my room bear in mind I payed for late check out which was 2pm check out I explained I need to go post office and put some money in my card for my second night the staff were rude saying I had to leave as I’m stopping them from cleaning up,payed for the room anyways then I go downstairs to show my confirmation went back up to my floor and the staff were there talking about me ignored it anyways it’s late now I went to the vending machines they’re selling expired food basically telling me I have to deal with it it’s not they’re business this is health and safety !!! They were not bothered and did not give a solution it was £1.30. They sold other expired food to the rooms were very bad smelling and staff were unbothered even their hygiene was I’ve read many reviews and I agreed this travel lodge in Cheshire oaks is a no go very dirty and rude. Also they staff don’t do anything they’re lazy hiding in the office 24/7.

The worst exprience I ever had, had to ask the staff many times to fill the boday and handwash,couldnt sleep during the night as next door had a dog barking all the night, have to ask for everything and no one was responsible!wont use  travelodge again. Dont go for it spasially if you have kids

A great place to stay for Cheshire Oaks. Very comfortable with friendly staff. Only criticism is there was no drawers for clothes. Would definitely stay again though.
