The only good thing about this place is the location, it’s it’s £16 for 8 hours! If you had a car that’s bigger than a Smart Car, don’t expect to be able to get out of it once you’ve parked. I have an estate and had to get out of the passenger side.. let’s hope no one parks next to me
Worst car park I have ever used. Upon entering the car park it was the tightest entrance I have ever used. My parking sensors started going crazy immediately. Then driving up the levels the chaos started. There is not enough room for 2 cars to go past each other on the levels. Then when you get to the ramps to go up a level there is even less room. Cue cars reversing crazily, horns bleating and little prangs everywhere. Luckily I avoided any damage but I bet others were not so. Then when you finally navigate the chaos and find a space they are absolutely tiny. I saw grown men having to pretend to be Spider-Man to get out of their cars. Oh and half the spaces you are in danger of smashing your windscreen if you were to reverse in. Avoid at all costs
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! It has to be the worst, most difficult car park in the world. Entry/ Exit traffic is expected to share the same too narrow ramps. The spaces are too narrow. The cost is pure extortion. The scrapes down the walls of the impossibly tightly curved exit ramp tell their own story. USE ANYWHERE ELSE!!
Worst multi storey I have been in. Spaces are ok for cars built in 1960s but too small for modern cars. Returned to car and could only just get the passenger door open 12 inches. Couldn't get in on driver's side. Charged extortion amount of £15 for 5 hours. Took 20 minutes to get out as cars unable to pass each other on the 2 way access and tight up down ramp turns . Not going in here ever again
Absolutely poor quality car park. We were here Sunday 11th December and it taken a while to park the car in a bay due to other cars trying to get past us to get through to exit as there was just one way to get in and out which is ridiculousand completely unsafe and lacks sense. Also when we were leaving, it taken over 30 minutes to exit as other cars were trying to squeeze past us and some drivers were guiding people which is crazy. It's quite dear to park as well. I just don't understand how something hasn't been done about it and there should be no excuse.
Absolutely disgraceful car park. As a visitor to Chester we were previously unaware of it. Spaces far too small & unable to go up/down ramps at same time as another vehicle in opposite direction . Had to get out of vehicle to park & assist other drivers. Shambolic to the point of dangerous - never seen anything like it. Needs inspection from Health & Safety . Is this legal?
Great location for shopping at primark etc. The multistory is quite challenging at busy times though, due to the same ramps being used for cars leaving the building as arriving and not that much space to manoeuvre. I mqnage ok in a small car but some of the estate type cars were really struggling to get around.
This car park is a disgrace. Parking spaces too small. Too narrow in places for cars to go both ways. Ramps too narrow. Took nearly an hour to get out. Avoid like the plague!!
Very pricey! We parked in this car park for the weekend & it was very expensive, we would of been better off parking outside the city & getting a taxi or bus back to the hotel we were staying at.
I've visited some awful car parks and this is right up there amongst the top ten. The bays are too short to accommodate most medium sized cars so the cars project into the roadways which are already narrow. They are so narrow you would think it is a one-way system but no, you exit the way you came in. If you meet an oncoming vehicle on the steep ramp one has to reverse to allow the other to pass. My advice is DO NOT park here.
