Great place to go and get your car washed

Reasonable job done, but lousy attitude! Arrived back at agreed time, to find unable to collect car, because manager had gone off site and no-one knew where the office key was! Had to wait for 10 minutes for manager to return, which on this particular day was very inconvenient. What talked me more though was lack of apology,. Even when I pointed this out, completely unapologetic.

Dropped our car off this morning for a mini valet agreeing a collection time of 1pm. Returned at 1:10pm to find the car hadn't been touched. Asked the manager why it hadn't been washed to be told the guy hadn't got round to it. No apology or sincerity, he just wasn't bothered. Would not use again as can't be trusted!
