I came as part of a school group with three reception classes around Christmas time. It was snowing which added to the overall Christmas time magic! Despite it being absolutely freezing I had a really good time. The staff took their time explaining all about reindeer to the children and welcomed questions. The children were able to feed the reindeer if they wanted and hand gel was provided for them to ensure their hands were clean afterwards. Following meeting the reindeer, we got to go and watch the panto which I have to say was probably the highlight of my afternoon there. It was a good laugh and the children (and staff!) absolutely loved it. All in all a lovely afternoon. There is also a few rides there which, if I brought my own children I'm sure they'd ask to go on! Toilets are on site as well as a shop. Food and drink are also available.

Attended yesterday with the school. It was so lovely and magical. The children all loved it. And the show was very entertaining thank you

Went with our children and grandchildren ages from 2 to 10 spent 3hours here and it was fabulous we had Yorkshire pudding beef stuffing and roast potato rap first they were £6.00p each and absolutely delicious the grandchildren went on the rides for an hour or two feed the reindeer then went to watch the elf show very funny before seening Santa the tickets were about £11.00p each the grandchildren absolutely loved it great afternoon out

Sorry but the other reviewers must have been somewhere else. Expensive, nothing for adults though you pay for them, rides are old and essentially death traps. You pay for all extras once in side and the visit to Santa is 20 minutes of a show some of which is ok other of which is just pointless and then 30 seconds of Santa in a awful cold room with a cheap present and the privilege to pay £7 for a cheap photo worth 20p from all supermarkets. Don’t bother go somewhere else. £40 for us 2 adults and a child I feel robbed, they clearly know how to make money at the expense of children!!
