I've only explored a little bit of this so far but will definitely be going back to explore more. It has a nice little river, free car park, plenty of benches, its pram friendly and dog friendly.
My little puppy absolutely loves it hear and it's so clean with plenty of bins and lovely benches. A daily walk for us now!!! Dog-friendliness: Perfect for doggo big and small lovely and clean no litter for your pups to eat Picnic area: Lots of lovely benches and areas around to stop for a spot of lunch or just to appreciate the surroundings
It's a really pretty place to visit with free parking. It's just a real shame that the dog owners don't pick up after their pets. It's so bad you can smell it in the air!
Such a lovely country park to walk around, I take my Frenchie Spud here quite a lot and he loves being off the lead running in and out of the trees, grass and paths. Our favourite bit is a long narrow path near the back of the park where in the right conditions you can spot falcons!!
Love rivacre park always clean and tidy, a great little walk Dog-friendliness: Plenty of dog poop bins
Great place, my dog loves being off the lead here and having a proper run around. Beautiful scenery
Lovely walks through a lovely area of woodland. There are various paths that can be taken but always easy to follow back to where you started. Is very popular during the warm weather but still a pleasant stroll. Nice to see the natural woodland that hasn't been altered by human intervention.
Lovely peaceful place, you can have short or long walks depending on what you want. Paths are well kept and accessible to all, lots of bird life around and the brook is visible for a lot of the walking areas. Visited in early May and the bluebells were out just to add to the beauty of the place. I used to live very near here and hadn't visited the valley in nearly 50 years, I couldn't believe how much the woodland had expanded.
Visited at 10 am, lovely sunny day made it a perfect walk through the woods, trees give a nice shade also, kids had a great time, we dident get to a park as we had limited time unfortunately. Will update with pics soon. Car park shuts at 5pm. Please like my review if I've been helpful.
Lovely place to walk your dog. Could do with some toilets though
