The rooms are wide and clean but we were only staying for two days. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and there was a lot of space to move around. Fabulous location near the food and drink places and near tourist attractions which I liked because we could do a lot of things locally.
Good beds but no hair dryer less tea sugar in family rooms.. parking bit nightmare once over flow small carpark. The staff was good nice friendly. Will be back if ever needed. Gutted no breakfast buffet bring it back kids missed it...
The hygiene levels are amazing here!! Absolutely lovely experience, checking in was easy and checking out. And free parking just made everything better!
Very clean, warm rooms. Nice and friendly service however I had to wait over 50 minutes for my food to arrive downstairs "restaurant" , but at least it was good : Also I really liked the bath in my room but couldn't figure out how to turn the shower on! Lol
Good location. Good rate and value for money. Clean and comfortable room. Free and close parking a bonus! Clearer instructions for parking would be better.
Room OK but water pressure poor,had to practically stand on taps to have a shower, it was the same last time I stayed here.
Really helpful staff. Not enough direct parking so have to park across the road. Bed very hard. Boy racers out around area
Excellent Value for money, kids loved the round windows facing trees
Nice place to stay. Much better than the sutton branch
