Staff very good. I even asked to be able to do a time lapse video and they moved me to a room with a view which turned out to be a superior upgrade. Only down side was in the morning the staff had very kindly packed us a breakfast to go but new people on reception refused to let us take a coffee for free despite being allowed a free coffee if we attended breakfast But let’s not squabble over £2. It’s a good place fairly ok stocked gym food adequate and views pleasing enough. I liked the females on reception they joked with us and it made the stay enjoyable.

We visited the spa at the Towers, the staff were very helpful and polite. The spa it's self is very nice with everything needed to relax and unwind. We had a massage as part of our package which was very good, we also had a buffet included that very good especially the deserts.

We came for a friends birthday for the Lionel Richie tribute night with carvery and overnight stay with breakfast. The room was lovely and clean the carvery was very tasty and Lionel was brilliant we danced the night away. Breakfast was very nice too.Most of the girls took advantage of the spa in the morning (included) while some of us chilled in the chill out room which was very relaxing will definitely be returning.

The hotel needs a good refresh. The restaurant and the breakfast could in my view be a bit improved. The view of the tower is special. The presence of swimming pool and spa is an added value not to be underestimated. I could not use it though being in business trip.

I went there for a spa day with my friend. The staff are so friendly, the facilities were lovely and clean. I will definitely be coming back again soon. Thankyou very much for an amazing day!
