In the industrial estates around Swansea town centre, this hotel was easy to get to and from. City is a good 10 minutes drive and a good 45 minutes to walk. Hotel is next to a small lake which is a pleasant walk and you can follow the nearby cycle path into town. Free WiFi access on site and parking, no issues finding a spot. Bed was comfy, shower was hot. Restaurant on site but we ate out and left early before breakfast. I would certainly stay there again.

I only visited the hotel for a blood donation session. It did however look very inviting for a stay. The location is in an industrial/retail estate which wouldn't be ideal for a family holiday with the kids. However if you were staying for business, visiting relatives, or a bit of shopping, it's fine.

Awesome hotel. Very nice rooms. Staff brilliant, very helpful, polite and understanding. Great location for my daughters wedding.

Booked this hotel as the room prices were good. Then came the expensive drinks and very expensive dinning upgrade that were not worth the high prices and were not clearly advised. Pool is like a large bucket of water. Had to circle like a shark trying to stay alive. Suana was a plus. Rooms and bed were nice. Would i stay again???? Yes, but only stay. No food and no drinks. Plenty of pubs on the industrial estate which is where i will eat next time. Staff however were good. Very helpful and happy.
