I stayed here for four nights for business. Overall a good experience. Check in was easy and Bethan made me feel very welcome. I was having an issue with the TV in my room and Bethan came to take a look and even called my room later to ensure that I was happy and that the TV was working correctly.nnAmazing service. I will 100% return if I find myself in the area again.
First of all, I must mention the staff. They are fantastic, always there to help, with a smile and creating an enjoyable atmosphere.nLocation is somewhat a little remote, unless you have a car, or jump on a local bus.nThere is a Harvester restaurant on the grounds, and the hotel has its own cooked/continental breakfast facility from around 6.30am.nOne poor thing on our visit that did stand out, the room was covered in dust, and not just a little either. Shame really, as everything else was perfect, and this issue could have been easily avoided.
Really good value for money. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good selection of food for breakfast. Convenient location.nThe staff is really nice too. Will definitely come back if needed
Hard to find fault here. Spacious warm room with kettle and hairdryer. Bar beside reception. Excellent hot breakfast, though not sure about the coffee machine.
Very comfortable standard hotel for a night out. Very close to the M4 motorway access from both ways.nRooms are comfortable child friendly with tea coffee extra complementary available on request.nContinental breakfast available with booking from 7 to 10am.nOnly downside is the lift was out of order & there is no aircon in rooms
