Zero issues. Traditional Holiday Inn layout of room, more spacious then I expected. Room clean and tidy, no marks on carpets. Bathroom clean and tidy. Staff very friendly too. Would recommend.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is okay, nothing special, but it certainly wasn't bad. The hot choice consists of bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, beans and toast, whilst the cold options include croissants, muffins, fruit, cereals and yoghurt. Parking is free and plentiful, and it's quite easy to get to since it's located on a junction of the M4. It's about a 10 minute drive from the new Swansea university campus. Overall, a pleasant, no-frills stay.

Nice and clean hotel. The break fast is ok. But could have been much much better.

The staff were wonder in a very difficult situation they excelled and ability to go above and beyond was inspiring

We had 3 nights here.. Rooms are lovely and clean. Everything you need including iron and hairdryer. Breakfast is very good.. hot and cold food. Plenty of it too. Very good value hotel.
