We stayed for one night, quite frankly thank goodness it was just one. Staff were pleasant but that is the only positive bit of feedback we can leave. The room number 1 looked ok at first glance but looking at the hygiene standards quite frankly it was gross, the bedding stank, dust absolutely everywhere, the noise from outside was horrendous even with the windows closed. The breakfast was continental, the ham and cheese were uncovered, the cover for the bread looked like it had a bullet hole. My biggest concern however was the fire door being wedged open with a small chunk of wood!!. Safe to say we would never stay again or recommend the hotel and it's one star food hygiene rating to anyone.
This hotel will stay in my memories when I have a nightmare. The beds were without madras’s, you felt the springs into you back. The breakfast was sooo bad, one toaster that had a long line. And frankly nothing else.
Its a old hotel so rooms are basic but comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and location is perfect
The staff are really friendly and welcoming, they have a car park, service with a smile. Location is really good.
This was a back up that I booked at last minute due to a horrible previous booking and was great, basic nothing extravagant but warm and comfortable.
