We stayed here for 1 night with my two young children. The receptionist was very friendly and the room was clean. A really sweet and appreciated touch were golden tickets left on the children's bed which they could exchange for a prize of their choosing. My two chose a hot wheels car and a colouring book. They were delighted! It was a really lovely little extra that made their days after a long journey, so thank you for that.nId just say the room is in need of a little decor freshen up, but was otherwise a perfect little place to stay. The beds are comfy, the room was clean, there was a small area near reception to help yourself to more tea/milk.nBreakfast was delicious and plentiful, with friendly service. The free parking is a huge plus and the inn is well located.
Great location based just off the M4, Great for an easy commute into surrounding areas. Downside is the new annex building free WiFi is useless, basically unusable so I always request to move my room into the main hotel. Oh did I mention I do this because the annex just blocks all cellular service, soon as you walk out the front door full 4g with 3/4 bars of signal. Poor build designed to make you spend money on upgrading the WiFi or suffering in silence.
I mean it's a premier inn there's not much to say, people rave about the mattresses and pillows, I'm not sure why they were like any other, clean rooms lots of parking nice pub next door with a good menu.
We stayed for one night in the family room. 2 adults and 3 toddlers, 5,2 and 1. Room was spacious and big enough for all of us, beds were very comfy and the room was very clean.nHotel receptionist was lovely, we had breakfast the next day from the restaurant, my partner told me they had a lovely breakfast spread but unfortunately we had to get breakfast and eat in our room as my little boy is autistic and wouldn't have sat down in the restaurant. Would definitely stay there again if in the area
Dreadful. Turned up and was allocated Room 20, the room smelled of damp and wasn’t pleasant. Asked to relocate to another room but hotel was fully booked so I had to go to another local hotel.nnAt no point did the receptionist apologise. She was rude and needs to improve customer service which was non existent.
