Went here a few months ago with my Maine Coon cat done a lovely job! Took him back yesterday specifically asked for the same cut and just trim his Maine went to pick him up and his whole Maine was shaven upto his chin was devastated 😞 also has a cut on his back really disappointed doesn’t look like himself without his Maine! Absolutely gutted,

I don’t appreciate you accusing ‘that’ cat of having matted hair to excuse the fact you haven’t done your job properly. He does have two fresh cuts on him which are clearly shaving cuts which I have taken photos of. My cat is VERY well looked after and you know his hair was absolutely  NOT matted.  Also I did not say anything about his fur on arrival, didn’t really have time as we were rushed out the door! My cat has NO scars on his back also I don’t understand how you took it upon yourselves to change the haircut without contacting me. Even if you did it by accident. Also we did not arrive early, and even if we did we have a right to watch him being groomed.

Merlin is treated really well, loves going,  and looks amazing, totally trust the staff, fully recommend anyone who loves their pet and wants the best service to try out Barkingham Park 🐶🐾🐾
