I cancelled a purchase of a car as they were unable to supply car that we signed an agreement on. As i was told they had sold out of the car although 2018 march reg are not out yet.They are now saying that they won't refund my 1st payment as they changed their minds and are calling it a deposit.  which isn't the case  as I paid no deposite. Kia sale man stated he could supply a different car at a larger cost to me. That to option extra would cost £700. but they  would charge me half of this. since I have found out the the opion extra is only max £495.00 and they have lots of the cars and I could purchase one at a less of a charge. so they are basically ripping me off and leading customer up the wrong path to get more sale.

I personally experienced truly dreadful Customer Service and even worse service department. Poor management, and complacency definitely bread contempt. My family and I have bought many a car from Toomeys over the past 10 years. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. A Car is the second most expensive purchase you will make in your life. Do not believe or trust anything they tell you and make sure to get any assurances or promises from the salesperson or service manager IN WRITING. Would also recommend recording your telephone calls between them too as they seem to have very bad memories... So glad I did!

Could not be happier with the service received from the staff at Vauxhall Southend!
Both Jo and Dean went above and beyond to make my experience in purchasing a vehicle with them effortless. 

Would highly recommend this dealership to others as you will not be disappointed.
