Purchased a BMW X3 a couple of months ago. I can say that I have been extremely pleased with the car, but unfortunately just after a month the car had an issue that cost just under £2500. They took care of the repair needs and covered the whole amount rapidly and resolved the issue with great care. I couldn’t have asked for a better approach. Thanks to Oscar and Laura who did a great job handling everything.
I have just sold my 992 C2S Cabriolet through Safwat Cars, I would say the service I have received, has gone above and beyond what I expected. Initially I looked to trade the car in through the usual channels, but I felt I wasn't getting the right value back on the car, so I called Sharif and we discussed prices and routes to market options, Sharif gave me a target price and can honestly say what he has achieved is along the lines of that first conversation, so he clearly knows the cars rightful price. Even better Sharif came and collected the car, did all the paperwork, removed my private plate and today transferred the money, I haven't had to do a thing, so its for that reason I'm rating Safwat as a 5 STAR company and would recommend customers on two fronts, one if you want Safwat to sell your car and two the way they present there cars to the buyer is to the highest standard. also big shout out to Laura and Oscar for the admin support and follow up. Bought a 991.2 GTS from here, communications were excellent, very easy to deal with, car described well, once I took possession had my detailer inspect and body was perfect as described. Sharif also arranged delivery to my door in Scotland, would happily buy a car from here again.
I can’t thank you enough for all the help and advice that was given whilst purchasing this beautiful Porsche Targa, I haven’t got enough praise for Oscar who has been fantastic throughout this whole process in fact everyone in office have been a pleasure to deal with he’s such a lovely guy with lots of knowledge and sorted things out for me super quick as I’m am ill and wanted it asap. He managed my expectations exceptionally so thank you Oscar for all your help it was very much appreciated and a pleasure doing business with you, there will be no hesitation to recommend you guys service and quality of cars.

From beginning to end, Safwat Cars were absolutely fantastic. Sharif, the owner is probably one of the most genuine individuals I’ve had the pleasure doing business with.
