Fantastic experience purchasing my new car from Central. Great knowledge and nothing was too much trouble for Lee and Charlie. Highly recommend using Central for any quality used car because they really are one of the best around. Bought a car many years ago from them and wasn’t disappointed then, if anything the customer service is unparalleled better than some of the big hitters around.
Bought this car a week ago from central cars. Very happy with the service we received. Went there to look at this particular car. Was not pounced on at all. Was left to look at car at own leisure and take out for a test drive! Needless to say we said yes to purchasing it! Absolutely love the car. Will definitely use this garage again. Bought a Ford fiesta for my wife today. I have to say our experience from start to finish has been superb. The fact that they are going to sell our skoda for the price we wanted as well is a nice cherry on top. Highly recommend and will definitely use central cars again.
We have today purchased a Ford Kuga through Central Cars Leigh and received excellent attention through the whole process of changing over the documents etc. The car was valeted, MOT'd and car Tax done for us. Certainly made this easy for us. The Company is family run, and we would certainly recommend and trust them.
I was really dreading the whole process of getting a new car as I don’t like being pressured by companies just trying to sell cars & not caring about the customer. But I’ve had the complete opposite experience with Central Cars. We were greeted by Gary who was very friendly & attentive. Then shown around by Lee, whoo was really amazing and made the process of getting my new car very easy & comfortable. I didn’t feel pressured at all & he gave me complete honesty throughout. The car was delivered to me even more amazing! with a new service, MOT & it couldn’t be cleaner inside. I would recommend Central Cars to everyone. A very well run business, honest workers and very trustworthy. Thank you for making a daunting process very easy.
Really pleased with the service I had when buying a car from Central Cars, called them up last week and explained that I was coming some distance. They allowed me to put a deposit down on the vehicle for them to prepare it and if I didn't want the car, they would refund me the deposit. Turned up before they opened on the day to find the vehicle had a puncture, however they was at work early 7.30am to get it sorted for me. They didn't push me at any point, I took my time looking around the vehicle and on the test drive. After sorting out all the paperwork and I was ready to take on the road with my new Focus ST, they kindly gave me a box of chocolates! Thank you Charlie and your team, 100% recommend!
What an incredible service! We called with very specific criteria and within 48 hours we had a car on our driveway! Gary and his team were a joy to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them 110%!
Amazing experience! I had seen central cars on Facebook for years so had always known they were a trusted company due to the social media presence. Lee helped me source a car and went above and beyond. I felt a had a very personal experience at central cars and they did everything they could to help me get the car I needed. When my son was getting fussy they had colouring for him to do which was really appreciated! Everything was thought of! Will definitely recommend! Thank you!
Me, my friends and family have been using central cars for years to sell cars, part exchange cars and buy cars. The service is consistent whatever service you are using with central cars. The team at central cars are all very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, understanding and everything you want but more when using a car dealership. You walk away with what you want/need wanting to go back because they’re that good at what they do. I highly recommend central cars; they will find you what you want/need. I have dealt with almost all of the team throughout my experience at central cars, but most recently I have been dealing with Charlie. Charlie is always available to help me with any questions I may have and has made my most recent experience of buying a car seamless. Charlie got me what I needed and wanted straight away and within a few days I was walking away with a new car. I’ll certainly be back again in the future… most probably when we’re all driving electric cars by then…
Just purchased our 5th car from Central Cars in Leigh on Sea, and simply wouldn’t go anywhere else - we moved from Leigh on Sea to Norfolk last year and still travelled back to buy from them. The level of service both during and post sale from Gary, Lee and the team is simply second to no one else in their industry.
