Excellent service, from the minute we walked in the showroom to the minute we walked out with our car months later. We dealt with Jasmine, she was amazing throughout the purchasing process, kept us informed with updates. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She is a credit to the team at Southend Mazda, we will definitely be recommending her to friends and family looking for a new car.

Although the dealership was pretty good. Mazda themselves were slow and unable to provide a positive delivery date effectively right up to the end. I found this frustrating. I think for the dealership themselves this was also disheartening as they were unable to reassure their customers that the order was on track. At the time of writing this dealership has dropped Mazda and in preference changed to Suzuki! I guess that begs the question. In saying all that I am happy with the car but it is really a Toyota Yaris…I wonder if my experience would have been better there.
I recently purchased a car from Jasmine at Essex Mazda. From start to finish, she was fantastic! At the inital visit and test drive, she was patient and answered all my questions. I never felt any pressure to purchase the car, even after the test drive. Throughout the whole process, Jasmine kept me updated and was always friendly yet professional. I would not hesitate to buy another car from her.
Jasmine was as usual her normal experienced self took time to explain everything and did not rush us, Jasmine is a credit to Mazda and totally professional at all times and very friendly thank you Jasmine for your advice and smooth move to our new car
