Great experience from start to finish! We arrived here on a Tuesday afternoon after deciding on the weekend before that we would look to part exchange our vehicle against a newer one. We were originally looking to get a brand new vehicle, but with large wait times due to parts shortages we were happy to "settle" on an Approved Used item. Upon arrival at the dealership we parked up and were able to see a very large variety of models of different specification and colours so that we could get some more information about what we were looking at. Whilst browsing, we didnt get hounded by lots of sales persons, we were approached by Brett who assured us that although he had an incoming appointment, if we had any questions we could ask away or he could get his colleague for us. Out came Frankie - a really great salesman whom has recently joined the team. Though we were convinced we knew what we wanted, Frankie ensured to ask about the specifications of what we were looking for and looked at all the cars available in their dealership network. We feel he went above and beyond to find us the car that we were looking for. Once he ascertained our list of requirements, he disappeared off to find some vehicles for us to test drive. Now, bearing in mind I am a “visibly young” 30 year old and my wife is 27 years old, at no point were we judged for being young , or that “we cant afford it” - like almost every dealership we have been to before. Whilst discussing the route for the test drive Frankie made us aware that we could within reason, test the car as much as we would like to get a feel for the vehicle and even suggested a route that gave us a mixture of different road types. All of the cars were presented very cleanly and at this point we were already SOLD on the customer service received already. To cut a long story short, we felt extremely valued as customers, got a great PX value, treated as equals, staff amazingly pleasant sales staff, reception, financial team even had the manager thank us for our visit after we purchased the vehicle - to which we were able to “Reveal” in the special presentation room that they had, another extra special “touch” we’ve never received elsewhere before! It really all felt like an experience with them! Oh - and the keys were presented to us with some polished key fobs in a presentation box, simple things, but makes all the difference. All of the staff here really are a credit to the Land Rover brand and we will for sure be back for servicing and future vehicles. Thank you Frankie, Brett + others whom I cannot name.
When I set out to purchase a new Land Rover Range Rover Velar, I was incredibly excited and eager to find the perfect dealership. Little did I know that my extraordinary experience was waiting for me at Land Rover Southend. After arriving, Aaron quickly greeted me with a friendly smile, making it easy to feel welcome right away. His enthusiasm and passion for cars was evident as he spoke about all of the impressive features the Range Rover had to offer. Aaron carefully guided me through every step of the process in an informative yet enjoyable way; it almost felt like we were having a conversation rather than buying a car! He seemed genuinely invested in helping me select the best option within my budget, something which shows true quality of customer service. He wasn’t overly salesy and was just genuinely and all round helpful guy! I have purchased a fair few cars and Aaron by far superseded all experiences we have had. Nothing was to much to ask for, he was professional and helpful with any questions we had. All round we will definitely be buying a car from Land Rover Southend again and a huge part of that other than the lovely car is to do with the excellent customer service that I received. Recently purchased a Velar from here. Elle looked after us and made sure it was a great experience from the start to finish. I had a lot of questions and she was happy answer them. On the handover day, I was pleasantly surprised by the way she delivered the car to us - such a lovely personal touch. We’ve recommended Group 1 Land Rover Southend to our family and friends Thank you very much Elle, such an asset to the company!
Service completed, Gary was great, there was a lot of confusion with service costs as online it was £750, on leaving the car there it rose to £1150 when I got home they phoned and corrected it to £600. No cash payments allowed at All, since when was that allowed ? So annoying. Given 5 stars but could easily have been 3 due to misleading pricing, bad directions and instructions when booking in and no cash allowed but Gary's good advice and good service on the car made me happy 2nd visit and needed the big 84k service that involved timing belt replace. Checkin was embarrassingly bad, checked In using the qr code which asks about 10 questions, then was asked to do it at the terminal that reported an error which then required me to checkin with a real human! Such a good system if it worked buy just embarrassing how bad it is for me. Service was £1125 ish and invoice mentions ad blue not relevant for my car and was alerted to the fact the windscreen washer fluid was 'flushed' and refilled, I queried this as had it topped up recently. Imagine my surprise to see an alert on dashboard the first time I wanted a squirt. Surely you have checklists and management reviews of servicing?
My car recently went into Beadles for a service and an MOT. My experience from start to finish was a very positive one. This was mainly due to the service team and in particular Joe Baxter who took complete ownership of the job in hand for my Range Rover Sport. Joe is a real credit to the dealership at Beadles in Southend and i would like to thank him personally for dealing with the issues i had in a timely and very professional manner, well done and thanks again.
I had the pleasure to use Beadles Southend yesterday, Friday 2nd December for the first time. Company car was in for service, all completed in good time and they unexpectedly valeted the car too which was nice and much appreciated, and a special mention to Tom who looked after me whilst there, a polite and courteous young man. Top marks all round.
Had my discovery 4 in for it’s Mot these guys were excellent. They were very accommodating even though I booked in at the last minute, will definitely be using and recommend them.
