I have to say that in my experience not all dealers are the same - there are as many bad/mediocre ones as there are good. 'Excellent' is very rare indeed. Well I found excellence in Fairfield BMW. From start to finish they were responsive, flexible, friendly and looked after me pre and post purchase. Steve Putney was 1st Class. Many thanks Steve and Fairfield for making this such a good experience.
It was a great pleasure to deal with Barry and David at Fairfield Billericay as they made the car buying process so hassle free. The initial description of the car before viewing was 100% accurate and the presentation of the car was excellent. Having dealt with other dealers in the past it was refreshing to have such a professional service when some others have lacked the level of customer service that could be expected when making a substantial purchase. Highly recommended.
My car was recalled for a safety check, I thought here we go again main dealers this is going to be problematic following my experience in the past with main dealers, nothing could be further from the truth, the experience was first class, arrangements were made to collect my car on the day the man collecting Mark rang me with a time of arrival, he arrived promptly and was very courteous to me. Later on the same day Mark rang me to say what time he will deliver my car back to me. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. You have restored my faith in main dealerships, many thanks and well done.
I have just purchased my first BMW, a new X1 23i Sport Premier Pro from Fairfield and the customer experience was excellent. Jay Singh provided a professional, friendly service and kept me fully informed on progress from order through to delivery. A first class experience and I would recommend Fairfield and Jay when choosing a BMW.
Always been helpful over the years. Update: 29/12/21 We had an issue with our car. Even though fully booked Hannah in service arranged a hire car i3 and put our car in the queue to have the software update and oil change. Fantastic service. Thank you Hannah and the team.
Purchased a used 4 series, i had no idea what I was going to buy, just some practical and budget parameters. Adrian took the time and listened to my needs and helped me find a great car within budget and spec. Please with the service received from all staff.
My car had an outstanding recall from BMW, so I booked in with Fairfield. As per the letter, it was estimated the works would take between 2-3 hours. When I arrived I was told the car would be with them for the entire day, I asked why when the letter said 2-3 hours, they said because it was ‘busy’. I was then told, after finding out I wouldn’t have my car for the entire day, that I wouldn’t be getting a courtesy car either! I dropped my car off at 10pm as per the time slot and I called at 3pm asking for an update. I finally received a call back at 4:30pm saying my car was ready. The technicians obviously needed access to the battery in my boot because everything had been removed and quite literally THROWN back into my boot, stuff absolutely everywhere including a 2 tonne trolley jack and axle stands just thrown onto my other belongings. Absolutely shocking service and I won’t be returning, even for a recall!
Fairfield's were very helpful in repairing my car after it was damaged by thieves. The repair was very complicated but everything seems back to the way it was before. Thanks to the skilled repairers and to Adam for managing the process
I have bought cars from Fairfields and had them serviced their for over 15 years and have always been very happy with their pricing and support, but feel compelled to comment on the pricing of their ‘Diagnostic Service’ I’ve just been quoted for. I have an issue with my 520d’s key fob’s and coding. Matt in parts was brilliant in re-coding my keys to the car this afternoon, but the key fob error screen returned soon after. Therefore, I decided to have the car booked in to find the underlying issue but when I was informed this service carried a £240 per hour charge and £240 every hour afterwards, I nearly fell off my seat. I phoned another local BMW dealership with the same request and was quoted £99 per hour. For this reason and this reason alone I will not be booking my car into Fairfields. A sad day…….
I could say by far I had the best service ever, everyone is super friendly. Sofiane is fantastic he spent hours explaining the difference between the models and looking after me and trying to get me a best possible deal. If you are looking for a new car please look for him.
