When phoned by Toomey I was under the impression I would not have to pay for my service, so agreed to take my car in. Having waited a long time to get served I left my car. On picking it up I was told it would cost £139, whereupon I said I did not realize and would not have had it done, I was then told I could not take my car without paying and no one was available to sort this matter out. I waited quite a while hoping to see someone who could help, then decided would have to pay, the young man said he would try and get it dealt with and get back to me. After two phone calls where they agreed call was misleading no further action, so I wrote eventually I got a reply a month later saying they had looked at the case and offered me a free of charge mini valet. Am i happy NO I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD THE SERVICE IF i HAD KNOWN i HAD TO PAY £139. so sorry Toomey but I am fed up with it all.
