I booked a test drive by calling on Saturday for A class and GLA. The lady lady said come and speak with Ula next day and we will be taken care of. We arranged for kids and went there. This gentleman said that we need to book the car. We told him that we were told to meet you when we said we want a test drive. Not happy at all when we had to arrange a babysitter and went there. Not a nice experience by a renowned German brand showroom.

Terrible service, new young unprofessional staff haven’t got a clue how to approach customers.Went there for a part exchange and they have offered me less with nearly 2k than anywhere else, bought 3 cars in the past most expensive one was 43k, will never use them again.Poor Service!!!

Avoid this place, they're useless, slow and the service i received was a joke. Scratched and chipped my interior, after the THIRD time of taking my car in - inside two weeks as they couldn't fix a minor rattle. Won't be going again and i would advise anyone to avoid completely. They basically take the piss 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
