i am not a regular review writer, but today's experience at the Tommy Hilfiger was very unpleasant. We have accidentally purchased something and when requested asked to refund entire purchase and reprocess again with the new item as we need the VAT, the sale personnel was rude. I have never encountered store having difficulties in doing refund. If such attitude is given to customer, we would not dare to purchase with Tommy Hilfiger as we never like hassle or seeing sour face when we need to return any items not suitable.

I had called the store trying to locate a particular item and the lady on the phone was very rude, unhelpful and quick to get rid of me! Not the usual Tommy Hilfiger Etiquette you find in there other stores
