Went in just to get a case replaced. Told it would be 10 minutes, half an hour later I was told I had to wait another 30 minutes. Terrible service! All I wanted was an exchange for a faulty product. Definitely do not recommend!

Guys just let me back in the store after they had closed to get my laptop back which means I can make it to work tomorrow. Went above and beyond. Fantastic service.

So impressed with Bristol Apple Store - I went in on Friday with a broken trackpad which they attempted to fix whilst I was there, but it was a bigger issue so they took it in to check inside. They also noticed that the screen had deteriorated and said they would fix everything covered under the Consumer Law Act, which meant I paid nothing. Laptop was back in my hands ready for the next episode of Game of Thrones Monday evening! Almost like having a brand new laptop.

What a shame, today was the first bad experience here, young manager seemed more concerned with asserting himself than helping me, lucky for me a call to Apple support gave me the help I needed! went in again - even worse customer support - went in to get the £25 battery upgrade for my miserable Iphone 6 and they wanted to charge me an extra £170 because my phone had a minute crack in bottom corner - I opened it up for them then and there and they still said no!?! poor! wish we could leave minus ratings!

Not a good system. The staff are well intended, trying to deal with very poorly designed service line. Apple is doing as little as possible to help its customers here. They reserve the right to use refurbished parts as replacements while charging you retail prices. Better off just going to an independent vendor.
