I love Zara, really do but the bristol shop is absolutely chaotic. Not enough staff behind the tills and when several customers, who have been waiting 20 minutes to be served no exaggeration ask if there are more staff, they get a sassy manager saying be patient. Probably lost a lot of sales. Manage your shop better
That store was perfect for me to get my clothes for me to wear on my weekend going out I do like that store

I was very disappointment when I went to return an Item I bought as a Christmas presents on the 24th November which got delivered to my home on the 30th December. It was a gift for my son but the size was too big, so I pop in the branch to exchange for a smaller size. I showed the guy on the desk the receipt of the order and the date it was delivered, he told me because it was over a month since I bought I couldn't do anything. I was really annoyed as this was a Christmas present and my son had been away in Spain from the 26th December until New Year's day as his grampy was intensive car in Hospital over in Spain and this was the first chance he had to change it. As I walked out the door the security guard and overheard the conversation and asked me if I would like to speak to a manager I told him that the guy at the desk was the manager to find out he wasn't. After a quick talk to the branch manager the item was exchanged and we spent further money in branch. I am so upset at the way me and my son was treated it was like he didn't give a dame about me or the situation my son's grampy. I did ask for a name but was given a refs id number 83730 I don't expect to be lied too. A BIG THANK YOU TO THE SECURITY MAN THOUGH.
We bought a top which is £14.99 but they charge us £15.99. The manager said that this is just a tag mistake. So they won't refund the £1 to me. What kind of service?
I often bought products from Zara Cabot, and today was 100% turn off. I was there to buy a bag for urgent use, and i immediately put things into the new bag i bought in the shop after making the payment. Me and my friend just did not know where to put the paper roll came out from the new bag as there was no trash bin in the shop. We just decided to leave it on a vacant table as we were in a rush to go to another place also. It was just 2 paper rolls then the staff lady shouted at us in front of other customers telling "Hey, put the paper over there near the reception.Dont do that!". Hello Zara, we r also from customer service industry. We never shout at our customers for any reasons. If the customers dont have the right attitude, we will solve it by saying in a polite and professional way. If this is how u train the staffs, u are not doing your organizational performance management well. I felt like i came zara to be shouted, and was really unhappy for this time visit. We like Zara products, but we dont deserve to be treated badly while visiting the shop in Cabot Circus.
Very rude staff, couldn’t be bothered to help said they couldn’t do what I was asking, I understand the Christmas period is stressful but I went to a different Zara store and they did what I was asking with no hesitation. Appalling customer service.
I was after some aftershave, the shop was very busy and as it's Infront of the tills it's hard to get to and almost impossible to use the tester's. Otherwise it was ok.
I spent £37 on food and i was 4 pence short to buy a carrier bag after spending all the money i spent in there. So i told them to stick there shopping and i went to tesco then and got what i wanted
Super long queue just to buy a few things, waited 15mins most of which was at the front of the queue, no apology from staff member for the wait - she was busy telling her colleague how done she was with today. Only positive was the sale prices!
