Absolut rude girl at the fitting rooms. Didn’t let me wait IN FRONT of the changing room when my girlfriend tried the clothes on. But when 3 girls go in one cabin next to me it is ok... after walking to my girlfriend when she was ready the staff girl talked to me like I’m a little kid. So please dismiss the stout girl and get a friendly crew. We didn’t bought anything.

over 2 weeks since i had returned my first order which they still have not refunded me back for. yet a small order i returned after this order has been refunded. Tracking also shows you received the package weeks ago. Anyways now i have made a chargeback claim through my credit card company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Made a complaint to the customer service team and it's been over a week and still haven't had a call back..... Can't believe this store can still run with such poor service will not be setting foot into this store again!!!!

The clothes might be nice in this place, but he customer service...let me tell you it is the worst I've ever had, they are always so rude and never helpful.

Appalling store, the staff are rude and too concerned with gossiping to one another than actually managing the shop floor. 
The changing rooms are a mess, clothes all over the floor and the staff preoccupied with talking to each other to even assist or ensure the changing rooms are properly managed. 
The only reason anyone goes in here is because of the prices, save yourself the effort and shop on line if you must. This kind of service is why the high street is dying.
