A month ago i scratched my focusing screen whilst trying to clean it. Since i wasn't able to source a spare online i called Nikon UK. They were really nice on the phone, but unfortunately the part wasn't in stock so they told me they would call me back when it was. A few weeks later a new focus screen turned up in the mail, no charge, no bill, just a friendly note. I can't judge their camera repair service, but i couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you.

I sent a camera in for repair. They received it and promptly stated that they had identified and repaired the faults. After paying almost £70 I got the camera back and quickly noticed it had the exact same problems. This is the service I would expect from the flagship repair center.

Sent my D800 in for repair after 5 weeks they said it was unrepairable but they could recycle it fro FREE and they then asked if I would like to buy a newer model at full price of course I told them to send my D800 back to me I have since had it repaired by putting a new mirror box in... I am now going to change over to Fuji as Nikon are just rip off merchants

Agree they are friendly on phone however their service is very very poor. I have sent my camera atlest 5 times over different issues popping up every single time. They dont seem to check the camera before sending back. How on earth?

Having purchased a variety of Nikon products over the years, I have not been disappointed by recent service given to me. My Binoculars were damaged and the job has been done by NIKON very well, quickly and efficiently with the Company's compliments. Thank you NIKON> Rex Plowman
