One medium size stores good selection. Frindly staff and very good prices big parking lot for 3 hours so no need to worry about parking. And many other good stores in the area, so it might be good idea for shopping in this area. getting out of the carpark on weekends.
I recently visited the TK Maxx store at and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me in finding exactly what I needed. The store was well-organized and clean, making shopping a breeze. The wide range of quality products at great prices exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a delightful visit, and I will definitely be returning.
One of the smaller stores but there's still a good selection. The staff i have interacted with were all friendly and happy to help. There is free parking out front but it can be a nightmare getting out of the carpark on weekends.
Tried going in holding my small dog 6 month old puppy and was told by the guard that dogs aren’t allowed which sucks but other than that just your typical tk maxx. I would suggest they stop selling items for dogs if we can’t bring them in
I usually like TKmaxx Salford. But I have noticed this problem on a few occasions, and this makes me not want to shop here. There are two Security Guards , I think are racist. The Male Asian, security guard with glasses and the Female.Asian. Dark Skin . I usually shop with my friend after work and Today again, my friend said she being watchedwe noticed that, that Female security guard follows black people in the shop, We thought at first it was a one off experience , but this now has happened more than twice. Maybe they need to review her role because sheis allowing others to get away with theft because of her stereotype profiling.
From the moment I entered the fitting room area, Sherry greeted me with a warm smile and genuine respect. Her cheerful demeanor instantly made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. What impressed me the most was how she took the initiative to carry all of the outfits I had selected to the fitting room for me. On the other hand, Del was in charge of receiving the items I decided not to keep. His patience and willingness to assist me in organizing the rejected items showed a high level of professionalism. Even though I was uncertain about my choices, Del remained calm and understanding, ensuring that the return process was smooth and hassle-free. I couldn't help but notice that Sherry and Del were not only exceptional in their customer service but also remarkable in their appearance. They truly are beautiful people, both inside and out.
Will never return to this store ever again. Attended 11.12.2023 left shop approximately 8:40pm. The staff member wearing an open shirt knows how to profile people. The way he ran to the door as l was walking out with my bag after spending my money one the shop it’s disgusting behaviour Just as soon as l get out he looks at his phone and goes back in. What made me see him is the speed to get to the door as at first l thought something was happening but nope just a staff member wasting time profiling the wrong person. I go round tkmaxx shops looking for bargains and never will l return there.
The store was excellent. I was able tonfind what I needed at a great price and given a bag to carry mu goods without a charge which was nice. I had a good little wander looking at everything and it was good to see that TK Maxx was still a place of quality and value for money. I was ae to get what I wanted a boys winter coat with hood at a price less than £30. If I had a bit more money I would have bought a few more treats. Girls clothes especially dresses aged 10-11 was missing so hopefully they would have received stock by now
Some great bargains to be had at this well stocked TK Maxx - spacious and well laid out tucked in the corner of the retail park. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you out.
A good shop at convenient prices.
