Normally use Swinton branch where I never notice the stink from the fish counter as I did at Eccles. Some bargains but other items over priced. I particularly noticed smoked salmon on offer at £40 a kilo £22.40 at Aldi and brisket also on offer at £12 a kilo normally £16 a kilo which is really a bit of a joke as Aldi is £9.50 a kilo.nHowever2 pies on offer for £2 instead of £3 which is a good price. So in conclusion they are similar to Tesco. Just because it says 'SPECIAL OFFER ' it doesn't always mean it is. Don't get ripped off folks.
I would like to say a big thank you to Dawn. She went above and beyond. I had a lot of shopping for work . As I am a support worker for people with learning difficulties . I was feeling unwell that day and I asked her house help me pack . She packed all my shopping and told me to have a rest . Thank you so much Dawn. It really ment alot your help.
I don’t understand what the fish counter is for!?nI had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to serve me!nWhen the fishmonger arrived, he not even said anything after I said hi!nHe looked annoyed and grumpy.nThe mackerel I bought was at £10 x kg,as per tag on the fish display, when I got home checking the receipt I’ve been charged £12 x KGnHEADS-UP ladies and gentlemen.
Outstanding Customer Service from Jacqueline!nnI wanted to share a big thank you to Jacqueline, a customer assistant at Morrisons, for her truly excellent and lovely service. After returning home, I realised the thermometer I had purchased was missing from my shopping. I didn’t have my receipt with me, but Jacqueline went above and beyond to help.nnShe kindly verified my purchase through the gift card I had used and, showing real trust and understanding, provided me with a replacement thermometer without any fuss. Her helpful, friendly attitude turned what could have been a stressful situation into a really positive experience.nnIt’s not often you meet someone so genuinely kind and professional — Jacqueline is a real credit to Morrisons!
Popped in to grab a bite to eat on the tram,left with a bag full of bargains,large store right beside the tram station,very clean as you would expect staff extremely friendly and helpful.
