Tables left uncleared, had to ask for a cloth to clean table with hot water no spray. Had a full English, which came and looked lovely. But when I started to eat it was absolutely SWIMMING in oil. Tried to use the serviettes to mop the oil up but they're not absorbable, asked for a fresh plate and transferred food over but the food was absolutely coated in oil. Had to wipe food down to try and make it edible.
The staff don’t really have a foggy what day it is. All look like zombies to be honest including their security. Staff are disrespectful to customers and instead of trying to resolve an issue, just run away from you in storedue to the amount of low educated staff and the lack of restocking items I wont be returning here please have a word with the old lady at the kiosk who sells baccie. The way she ran out on her high horse thought she was going to have a heart attack or give me a left, right goodnight. Second time in last 6 months maybe, that we tried Morrisons Cafe in Eccles... made our order at 13.31, food arrived 14.11.... less than last time that took over an hour. Moving to dessert, last time was brought to us as we finished our mains... not this time. When requested we were told they were busy doing other things. I don't think I will try this place a 3rd time!
I have been here a couple of times now and absolutely love the food and the quality of fresh fruit and veg. Only downside is the parking you only get 90mins so I am rushing at the end which spoils the experience. I was 12 mins late my first time and got a £60 fine!
Second time in the cafe with my grandson. No children's sandwiches, very limited choice. No slush. Tables left uncleared. Won't be returning !!!
