Although the customer service can be hit or miss depending on whose serving you, the service speed here is very fast. The location of this Argos is very convenient in terms of its placement within Sainsbury's as well as the parking available. The store is well kept, clean and doesn't have much queues or wait time inbetween orders.
I went in the shop last week and Zaid served me. I found him ever so helpful with my query that he sorted out for me. If all the staff were like him it be great. What a lovely person he is.
I visited this store Argos inside Sainsburys with the intention of purchasing a specific item. I ran into a few issues along the way and the wonderful Jodie was incredibly helpful. She managed to resolve everything and even got me free same day delivery to my home later that day. Very helpful and much appreciated.
Never come across a more miserable and surly looking staff then in here. One of them even rolled her eyes when I queried something. Think someone needs some public relations training and they all need to remember that a smile costs nothing! Won't be using this store again.
It is definitely one of the biggest super-store in Salford. you can find almost everything you want and more importantly, you can buy it online and go to the store and get your purchases free.
I urgently needed a pushchair today for my 6 month old granddaughter Rosie as her dad had accidentally taken her pushchair to work with him. It was left in the boot. I ordered a pushchair from Argos in Sainsbury’s and went to pick it up. I carried Rosie into the store and the pushchair was brought to me all boxed up. I asked the young man if he could possibly take it out of the box and set it up and he did. He had a few problems with the wheels so a lady that worked there helped him. It really helped md because I was able to put Rosie straight in it and do some shopping and had the pushchair all day. Thank you, Taylor and Leanne from Argos in Sainsbury’s in Salford. You really helped me today.
I don’t usually have any problems picking up the items I ordered online at this store and I come here regularly. However, yesterday I picked it quite a large order and there had been I mix up in the warehouse so I was a few items short. I must say the delivery team both at the desk and the lads searching the warehouse worked tirelessly to find my missing items. They were able to locate all but one item which they immediately replaced by next day home delivery. They also again without any prompting from me have me a 10% discount voucher for my next order due to me being inconvenienced for time. I think it’s easy to right a positive review when everything runs smoothly so would definitely recommend this store to anybody ordering online because they get it right 99% of the time but are incredible when something goes wrong. Well done guys you should be proud of your team especially the lad who got it all sorted for me.
Two Argos representatives this morning helped me retrieve my insurance warranty of their system. They were very helpful and had a great attitude. Thank you for your support this morning 5star service. Wish every company had the same ethics
So my mother needed New TV and I Needed a Laptop for my Daughter so we went to Currys .the Customer Service was shocking .So we went over to Argos Regent Road Branch .one of the staff Leannee Couldn't do enough for us .she went above and beyond. Getting my mother the tv she wanted at a very good price and she help me pic the right Laptop for my Daughter.we walked away Very happy ..all the staff their are great .keep up the good work
When you bought item and opened it , it will be not in 30 days return guaranteed. Waste money , put in the trash. Opening your eyes to clearing the terms.
