Some Sales Associate called Kelsy was rude to my mother and told my mother that her manager allows her to be rude to customers. When I confronted her to ask her why she was rude she continued being rude... She even threatened to call security on me after I asked her to call her manager.... on top of that she told me that I will not b allowed to go to the store again....As if....! I think that it's such a disgrace for someone to allow a person to spoil the reputation of a company that's not hers and such a person should not be serving people.
I brought a jacket from krisp 2 years ago and the quality is very good.
