I am very disappointed with my experience at the Eccles store. I purchased a car seat which remained completely unopened and sealed, and when I returned with the receipt, I was refused a refund without any proper explanation. I was not informed at the time of purchase that this item was non-refundable.nnThe manager’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, and the situation was handled poorly.
Absolutely nothing but praise for the staff at Eccles. Ordered a click & collect but didn’t take measurements & when I realised it wouldn’t fit in my car they bent over backwards to help me and offered alternatives. Re-ordered for home delivery which they sorted for me. Well done the staff today & I do apologise for the inconvenience I caused & very grateful for your help.

Bought a toy here today and had a smooth experience. The store is well organised, staff were helpful, and checkout was quick. Great place for kids’ toys.
Very very poor and unprofational service my 3 years old bike was faulty item when i went back to replace it they said we will check it than call you back without giving me any proof and they are was very moody face and did not call me back for my item
