Awful, just awful from start to finish. Like many others I saw some great looks on their IG page and when I saw something I really wanted I decided to give them a go and didn't think to check their reviews first. Big mistake, hopefully you're here before placing an order and so will see that they have many negative reviews on here and many other review sites. Despite being in Manchester where they are supposedly based the clothes took ages to come. I was sent a courier tracking number but the courier site showed as waiting to be received by the sender for many days, then I got an update saying they'd received them from another company. The clothes did fit me which I was pleasantly surprised about after reading many people saying the sizing was way off but they were cheap and nasty, colours were really off. One top was actually nice but it looked as if it would fall apart after 2-3 washes. You have to pay for returns yourself which either by RM or courier or you can use the Asda drop off and they deduct £3.50 from your refund but refunds take up to two weeks again I saw other reviewers saying they are having to chase for refunds and then if you haven't received it they tell you to send them proof of your return. I had no reply to several emails when I was trying to find out when my items would come and asking about my refund. I strongly advise you don't be fooled by the social media posts that they are forever posting, the clothes are sh*t and so is the customer service. I've seen multiple comments on their social media from people chasing items and refunds. I did the same myself and it was deleted. You're better off dealing with Pretty Little Thing or Boohoo, that have similar prices and items but free returns and quicker refunds.
Paid £5 for next day delivery and came two days later so clothes were no longer needed as there event was the next day. Contacted twice regarding refund for late items have had no response. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Needed to return the items but haven’t bothered as others have said they didn’t get a refund so would rather sell them than pay £2.50 to send them back and have no refund! DO NOT BOTHER PURCHASING FROM HERE! Look at other online boutiques or BooHoo!!
If I could give a 0 I would. The sizes are way off, I'm a size 12 & the xl ordered for someone who's a size 16 only just fit me. The returns are a joke. 12 working days to process apparently, they were signed for on 19th November it's now 7th December & it's still not sorted out. They're now ignoring my emails & don't appear to have a contact number, how convenient! Needless to say this will be the 1st & last time I use them
So bad. Bad quality, delivery, service. Please don’t buy from them. I ordered 3 tops all terrible quality and looked nothing like the picture so wanted to send them all back. Not only have they said my order is past the 14 day time period when I bought it on the 8th and it is now the 14th !!!!!!!!!it has been 6 DAYS!!!!!!!!! , but they charge £2.50 on all deliveries which I was not made aware of before purchasing these items. Terrible don’t buy from these. I’ll never purchase from them again. EVER!
They took my money from my account, but I didn't receive this items. I have emailed couple of times but no response and there's no other ways to contact them. First time shop with them, very disappointed!!
Returned 2 items weeks ago and still haven't received a refund and have emailed them twice with no response.
Why have the items I’ve just received have a foul stench with them? My house now smells like fish and chip fat. Is there a reason my clothes smell like this?
Still waiting on my items to be dispatched THREE weeks after order was placed. No solid information from customer service.
