The Confetti Box is a fantastic family run business established over 28 years ago,their sister store is the Bridal outlet

With gowns starting from £95.00 to £950.00 plus a great collection of bridesmaids...along with the men's department, The Confetti Box is the whole bridal experience.

Thanks to the wonderful ladies at confetti box Emma and Jade. The girls were dead honest (in a nice way!) about what suited me and weren’t pushy at all. It’s lovely that it’s a family run place, their dad was pottering around making cups of tea! I felt like a million dollars on my wedding day, the dress and veil were absolutely perfect, thank you so much!

Visiting the Confetti Box ruined my whole weekend. This was only the second bridal shop I’d visited so didn’t really have a good idea of what I was looking for at first and so wanted to try on a real mix of gowns.
The owner of the shop is incredibly unprofessional. She bad-mouthed a customer who failed to buy one of her discounted dresses that day in the outlet store in front of other customers. When asked whether we could pop in and have a look at the discounted gowns I was almost told-off. One of my bridesmaids started to look at other gowns located at the back of the store and was also told-off off for wandering into the fitting space where another girl was trying on gowns (we’re still confused as to why there was a fitting happening on the shop floor) The owner had also got me mixed up with the girl before me as she failed to ask her name.

There also seemed to be a very unusual rule that you’re only allowed to try on four gowns in one fitting – I find this very confusing. I was also asked quite sharply on the shop floor if I was going to buy a gown today (?!?!) 

I have absolutely no problem with the lady who fitted me; she was very pleasant and polite. 

I feel quite nervous to write this review as I think there may be repercussions from the owner as this is not anonymous post.

Went there with my friend and her family. The people working there are super super kind and really helpful. They made my friend felt really special and welcomed. Since my friend wasn't sure which style she prefer, they let her tried on ones that they recommend. After a.s few dresses she realized that she likes puffy ones with nettings and some sparkle designs on the top. The owner grabbed all the styles that she could think of that would match my friend. And took out one very unique and fun gown that matches my friend perfectly, it reflects her personality and she looked stunning in that dress. That smile on my friend's face when she looked at the mirror, we all knew right away that's the one.

Amazing bridal shop .  Couldn't recommend highly enough .  Thank u so much to everyone at the confetti box for making my dress search/buy/alterations and accessories such an enjoyable and easy part of my wedding ☆

Pushy staff who were reluctant to help with sourcing a specific veil they stocked and told us two different stories regarding alterations.
