WOULD NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I have ordered once before and my items came with one missing which I was not informed and only got a refund after going through the hassle of ringing up and being on hold for 40 MINUTES! But I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt because things like this happen. So I recently ordered 3 pairs of pants for the weekend and paid for standard delivery which stated it would come in 2-4 days. After 7 days of waiting I decided to email as I was annoyed because I’d ordered them to wear and they hadn’t turned up! I then received an email saying one of the pairs werent in stock (after I’d ordered and paid!) and the other two hadn’t even been sent off yet! After all of this I thought I’d better just get a refund and I am still waiting for it to refunded in my bank!

Awful cimpcom which I had the displeasure of working for. So many orders messed up because of poor management etc. Go ekselsewh if I was you!

Charges £3.99 for delivery and then when you return item they deduct £3.99 from the refund plus an additional £2.50 for using their returns label, so in total I was charged £6.49 (not to mention the inconvenience) for returning the nastiest, cheapest looking pair of plastic shoes I had ever set eyes on. Called the In style "helpline" as assumed that there had been a mistake with my refund to be read a pre-written script about their refund policy which is hidden in the small print of their terms and conditions, like they seriously believe anyone is going to read that dribble before placing an order. What was so apparent, from the ladies scripted monotone response, was that she had read the same response, probably 100 times that very day. This company is an absolute joke and complete rip off, so unless you too want to be completely ripped off avoid at all costs!!! you have been warned!

Clothes are great but has happened a few times now where I place an order and have to chase it to find out that they items I have purchased in my size are out of stock.
