Totally shocking customer service, have tried 5 times on the chat line and got a bot, eventually said it would put me through to a person but got cut off! You can't ring them either, I'm sure if people stop purchasing the 'celeb' collabs wouldn't be happy. Real shame because the clothes are nice
Taken my money even thought I returned the items. I’ve asked for my money back as I didn’t purchase the items so expected a refund. They have said that because it’s gone missing in transit I have to pay for it. This is unlawful to push £144 onto me when I returned the items. I’m deeply upset that you would treat someone like this. Your a massive company that has enough money for things that go missing, that’s the parcel deliveries fault not mine! I sent the items back. Yet you will pick on someone that can’t afford to pay for the parcel companies mistake. I want someone from the company to sort this out as il take you to court for theft
Absolute rip off. Sizes are no where near correct. They charge for delivery and returns making money off you cos you have no choice but to return. I ordered a size 10, it was way too small so reordered in a14, 14 was actually smaller than the 10. I had to pay to return both items... tried to contact but only got Automatic replies... not worth the hassle. They made money off me and I had nothing to show for it. I wouldn’t bother. Clothes look nice but just not worth it!!
Shocking service. Ordered the matching Christmas pyjamas for all of my family with guaranteed delivery for 22/12. To be told on the day that there sending my order out today. Then when I got my dispatch email 2 items missing. I contacted them again to ask they said there out of stock. How can a pre ordered item be out of stock? Isn’t that the point. Poor service. Will never shop here again
Absolutely awful non existent after sales service. I returned my goods on the 27th May for approx £170 and have still not received my refund. The customer service is disgraceful. They don't seem to be staffed to answer emails and the on line chat is only there as lip service as it asks you to email the query if the robot can’t resolve it and assures you that they will come back to you in 72 hrs , but that NEVER happens. They just really don't care that my return seems to have gone astray and have not offered any help whatsoever apart from telling me it’s not their responsibility. There is no phone number and also no address. So I am completely at a loss as to what to do next after weeks of trying to resolve this.I’d advise anyone else to shop elsewhere
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered 5 items from in the style and the delivery said it would come in 2-4 working days, it took 8 days, I tried to email them to ask where my order was and they said they would contact me in 72 hours, they never did. When my order finally arrived one item was missing, I emailed them multiple times to ask where my missing item was and again they sent me the exact same email that they would reply in 72 hours, and again they never did. I decided that o would go to twitter to complain instead for a different approach, however I have still do not have my missing item. I am very disappointed in the service I have received and will definitely not be ordering from here ever again, and would recommend nobody else to order from here either.
Ordered a dress using PayPal, payment got sent but the order didn't go through. Was advised by Star it would bounce back within 3-5 days. Reordered dress. Having to return that anyway. Anyway it's been 10 days now and still no payment sent back to PayPal. Spoke with Ashley, was advised to leave till 23.59 for the money to go in. Today still not received. Absolute jokers. Now opening a case through PayPal. I wouldn't mind but I've paid £98.99 for a 48.99 dress plus postage, the dress isn't even worth £20! Just cheap material. Looking at all the other reviews, this company just clearly take customers money unlawfully. Just absolute disgraceful. Terrible customer service.
The worst customer service i have EVER experienced, do not buy from this company. AVOID !!!! I wish I had seen the reviews before shopping here, i placed an order for over £200 worth of things, only a quarter of my order arrived. When i contacted customer services they immediately refunded me for my missing items and I explained that items were missing from sets, I wanted to return my whole order which i did i sent my items back on the 15th July, its now the 5th August and i have still not received a refund for these items and they said I'd have to pay to refund items that weren't even correct in the first place. Avoid this company like the plague, they're scammers. Contacted again and told that a refund takes 28 days because of Covid?! 28 days but you can refund missing items in minutes? Ridiculous.
Waiting for a refund e mailed numerous times. Haven't even bothered to say if they have recieved my return. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I know its hard times but when I ordered from a different company the same time i ordered from in the style, and they refunded me 4 days after i returned the parcel. So what's the problem.
WOULD NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I have ordered once before and my items came with one missing which I was not informed and only got a refund after going through the hassle of ringing up and being on hold for 40 MINUTES! But I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt because things like this happen. So I recently ordered 3 pairs of pants for the weekend and paid for standard delivery which stated it would come in 2-4 days. After 7 days of waiting I decided to email as I was annoyed because I’d ordered them to wear and they hadn’t turned up! I then received an email saying one of the pairs werent in stock after I’d ordered and paid! and the other two hadn’t even been sent off yet! After all of this I thought I’d better just get a refund and I am still waiting for it to refunded in my bank!
