At times queuing up paying for an item and then collecting it can be a bit sĺow, paying on card through the two automated payments units is great but I think this store could do with at least two more especially around Christmas time,it does cut out the waiting to pay a great deal. I think more staff should be available at all times at collection points would be better as well
Generally like any other Argos but the staff can be incredibly slow at times. There is either never enough of them or they all just stand around looking lost while the shop os full of customers.
We've ordered a few things on Fast Track and never had a problem yet. Service is great and convenient with very little waiting and a crowd beater.
Free parking for 2 hours or 120 minutes for the whole of Salford Shopping City. Easy to find. A few bargain shops to look round . Well worth a quick look round.
Staff member was arrogant and rude after I quewd for 15 mins in the wrong que he insisted I went to the back of another que even though no one else was waiting. jobsworth !!! Products are poor value and extra poor service.
This place has been given a new lease on life by the very thing that tends to kill such centres - a huge supermarket opening next-door. Look past the pawnshops and poundstores for a few little gems. There is a cracking little greasy-spoon in here and, for those that hanker after the 80s, a Wimpy. Now the parking is free, you can actually stray out of the centre and into the market. Not the best market in the region but worth a potter about.
Wait can be like all Argos stores; a little long when you're in a hurry, but the staff are always nice and the store is clean
