This is my friend’s birthday! He chose this one because of the high ratings. Nice food with big portions. I love the banofee pie with ice-cream very much. We had happy chatting and nice meal time here!
Great place for a Sunday roast . Best I have had for a long time. The pudding was lovely to and because we where quite full from the roast we have children pudding. But to be honest they where a great size and enough. Staff where very friendly and helpful. Would go back again.
There's a cosy feel when you wall in the door. If you like a busy busy decorating aesthetic this place is for you I saw already four decorative cash registers on the floor. There is a car park and it was pretty busy on the pub on the Friday evening I visited with my son. The food was pretty basic but at least there was lots of it. .
Fabulous little village pub with exceptionally friendly and caring staff, delicious food, enormous portions and best of all - dog friendly! Would suggest to ring them and book a table, as on peak times it gets really busy!
Amazing country pub. Super friendly and inviting atmosphere. I can't believe the staggering amount of stuff hanging everywhere. Something of interest for everyone. We went out there for a Sunday roast, and being a greedy pig I asked for the large size! And man it was large, it well and truly beat me. But it did not go to waste, they boxed it up for me and I finished it the next day. Booking recommended.
Such a great pub with excellently kept beer. The food portions are huge and great value. The staff are brilliant and the manager is a real character. Well worth a visit.

They serve a broad range of meals, dessert and drinks, with a specials menu that changes up semi-regularly. The serve is warm, welcoming and brilliant overall. With highly competitive prices, and very large and generous portion sizes you would be hard pressed to find better.
Friendly atmosphere with a traditional pub feel. Menu is good pub fayre and the portion sizes are very generous. The Cajun chicken was fantastic, just the right amount of heat and very tasty with a huge, fresh side salad.
An extremely warm welcome and delicious food. Lovely ambiance and crackling wood fires. Also close to Three Oaks train station, so very good connections considering the location
