As a person with a disability, I do not find this station very accessible, it would be easier if we had access by ramp to the platform the trains run from and why not allow the Ashford to Brighton trains (or the other way around) to stop there as this station is used by a lot people

No access for disabled or prams if your wanting to go to Hastings. However if they reopened the other pathway on Hastings side of platform this would be easily resolved giving access to all.
