Great for a half day, went on the Thomas day out and was extremely busy but well organised. If you go suggest you go in the afternoon when the crowd has thinned out going first thing in the morning has a bit of manic rush and gets very busy. Suggest go for lunch in town then come over in the afternoon.
Lovely day at KESR, the Lego exhibition was the main reason for our visit but we had a lovely trip on the steam train to Bodiam and back, well worth the upgrade to 1st class too. We will definitely be back!
Very nice to go back in time. Chapeau for the people who maintain this and make it possible for the newer generations to enjoy this. From stations, tracks and trains.i wish this train could drive me back home. Such an amazing feeling. Kadam kadam kadam.

This is a lovely place to visit for a trip back.into the past especially if you have railways at your heart.
