Came into the store for some help with my telephone, which had unfortunately lost signal. I was served by a lovely young lady, who I believe was called Jess. She sat me down and went through the settings on the phone, and managed to fix the issue in a matter of minutes. I had some other queries of how to work my phone, which she helped me with patiently and politely, and even offered me lessons in store. I did not end up needing to purchase anything, and did not feel pressured, or that I was in the way. I could not have left the store any happier and will be returning to the store soon with my family to move them all to Three after the experience. Thanks!

I was in the market for a new sim after my contract ended, I came in was served by Sanna whom was very helpful with showing me the different plan options. I was then served the following day by Nasrin, who helped me decide on a plan, she was extremely helpful and friendly and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Jess and Sipho, other colleagues in the store also helped create a really friendly and welcoming environment for myself and other shoppers. Overall extremely satisfied with my service from Three in Coventry 10/10!

Really young staff with zero people skills. Spent alot of time going around in circles with them to fix issues I have had. Go online and let the robots do the work, in this case the bot does a better job and is more polite
