Very late on delivery as customized products take alot longer and that isnt clear on website even if u paynext day delivery but when I phone up they was very helpful and refunded my money there and then. Website should be clearer but all in all very good

Picked up parcel from Coventry precinct shop ... the two members of staff I dealt with were very RUDE !!!! Won’t be using this store again 😡

I wernt in for Christmas shopping and as I walked to the men’s clothes I seen two members of staff passionately kissing and it was disgusting when I approached them the lad said he’s new so I need to shut the f**k up

Good experience. Went there to buy some trainers. They didn't have the ones I wanted in stock, but a very polite young man working there helped us find them in their catalogue, and have them deliver to our place the very next day. They have a good variety of trainers and shoes available and staff is very cooperative.
