Access to the customer service of this company is Terrible !!! After waiting for minutes, the customer service did not solve my problem and finally hung up!!! It is a pity that you do not even know how to teach your colleagues to be polite and treat with customer They don't have an online chat features Leaving a phone that you have to go through a thousand twists and turns to be able to talk to the customer service!!!!!!!! The website is also awful to get to the problem you need
Didn't even have a contract to install as pre install failed to offer me an installation without running an electrical cable under the rug as I have no sockets on the exterior, inside walls. They wanted a password to cancel an order that was only to be agreed if they could install it and then told me to go into my account, which they had set up prior to pre-install without even knowing if they could install it! Not very helpful and TBH so glad I am not having their service!
Went in to find out how to cancel a certain service for my contract on Sunday 27/11/2022. The staff member at the entrance was very friendly and gave me the required details. Thank you.
Wasted 2 hours just to cancel my broadband. Poor customer service, and arrangement. Keep transferring me to different people and repeatedly ask the same questions but still no one can cancel. Train your employees before letting them to their job, Virgin
No longer open. Virgin should really update their website and also Google.
Great service received from Jamie. From the friendly welcome to listening and understanding my issue and providing a straightforward solution within just minutes. Sometimes a face to face talk is better than the service you receive via helplines. Thank again Jamie, a great ambassador for your company.
Really positive experience. Well located store in central shopping area. Easy to find. Plenty of staff. Friendly atmosphere. Jamie served me and assisted with my upgrade. Polite and very efficient service. All sorted in less that 30 minutes! Fab! Phone was delivered to my home address this morning as agreed. Love it!

Never is Virgin Broadband. They don’t let you cancel
Advice - if you speak about a new package or upgrade via phone or in the shop - use Voice Recorder as you will need it to prove what they offered to you for the price you have agreed! In last 5 years I had 3 new deals and each of them we agreed what will be included in the package for the price they offer - when package activated you will realise that part of the deal is missing and when you ring to customer service they say that they never offered such deal and when you will ask them to check their phone recordings - they will say that they are not recording any. They provide wrong information - and does not matter that you double confirm with an agent at the end of call all your package inclusive before! If you decide to use their services - use voice recorder!! Double-check your package at the end of the call. That is the only way to protect yourself! They are proper scammers!
